Once you're finished with the collage, enter your Groupon Redemption code in the Gift/Coupon box at checkout. If you have any troubles, email support@collage.com

I recently asked a question about being able to use the groupon for other items. And the response I got (above) was that it is a cash value and can be used towards anything on the site. but then I received another CONTRADICTORY response in my mailbox.... it says: Hi Patricia, We have an answer to your question about our deal: $39 for a 16"x20" Custom Photo-Collage Canvas from Collage.com .... Q: Can the promotional value of this Groupon be applied toward a SMALLER size collage or something else? A: I'm sorry, the Groupons are only good for the value and services offered and cannot be altered or substituted in anyway. Thanks, The Groupon Team www.groupon.com So what's the correct answer? it can be used for other items? or it can't? if it can't, then this goupon is useless as they do not ship canvas prints to Canada. Do all images have to be digital format meaning can scanned old pictures be used? Thanks!

Correct, scanned images can be used as long as they are saved in the proper format (Jpg, bmp or png).

You can use one photo, the price is the same - our prices are for the products we print, the site is free to use and share. For 1 image, select our custom/manual shape and drag the one image to the entire area of the canvas - anything outside of the box will wrap. Email support@collage.com with further questions.

How does this deal works towards other sizes? I just saw you sated pay the difference, could you clear this more please? For example if I order 24" x 36" Will I still get this 57% ?

You will not get 57% off of the 24x36 - you're purchasing a cash gift certificate. You're getting $106 for $39 (which is a 57% discount). You can apply the $106 towards the 24x36.

(CORRECTION to my last post.) ** According to their website, they will ship ONLY following products to Canada: poster card blanket A "Canvas Collage" will NOT ship to Canada -- only to the 50 U.S. States. see here: http://www.collage.com/products So can you please clarify this offer. Should it be for ANY collage that they offer? Because if the groupon is only for a canvas print, then Canadians cannot use it.

This must be mistakenly posted on Groupon in Canada since the fine print boldly says Does not ship to Canada.

Hey Lisa - You will have to speak to Groupon about that, but the coupon you're purchasing is a cash value to the site so it can be used towards any other product as well an we can ship any other product to Canada.
