Hi, I see the expiry date is April 30, 2013, however, what exactly does that mean? The MILK website indicates that first you have to select and purchase the photo book (I'm assuming this is where I enter the Groupon code...?), then I will receive a dicount code via email, then I have up to 12 months to create the book. Then I enter the code at checkout. I'm not understanding - if I purchase the Groupon, choose my books on the MILK website, then create the photobooks in August (after I receive my wedding photos), will this be possible? Thanks

It appears that shipping to Canada is zone four, the highest price in the world (with most of the rest of the countries in zone 4 being half way across the world. Only Australia, New Zealand and USA are zone 1. Therefore the price of shipping one book to Canada is $18.99 versus $9.99 for zone one. Why is shipping to Togo the same price as to Ontario? And will this very high shipping rate also not include border services? Can we be dinged for duty and taxes and processing fees as well?
