The serrated blades do not need to be sharpened. The straight blades can be sharpened with a Steele. Thanks.

Are these made in China? Serrated blade is good for certain foods but not good for meat and delicate items, are all the knives serrated? Are these forged knives? Where would we send them to for future warranty?

Yes, These are made in China. Not all of the blades are serrated. The 2 slicers, the carving knife, and the 8 steak knives are serrated. The Rock N Chef, Chop N Scoop, pairing knife, and cheese knife are not. There is also a Filet knife that is somewhat serrated. The knives are forged.
