Sorry for the confusion! Your Groupon voucher should have instructions. Here is how you access your Groupon voucher:

While signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons". If the Groupon you are trying to print was purchased as a gift, it will be under "My Gifts". After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to download the PDF file of the Groupon(s) to your computer.

What does it mean to "activate by 3/31"? I am interested in purchasing this as a gift for my father, but the next time I plan to give him a gift is Father's Day in June.
