Thanks for your answer. One more: are the Frozen Turkey & Rib Roast fully dressed as well, and do they need to be defrosted, etc? could one just pop them in the oven as is, etc.?

Hi Kevin! Everything besides the actual turkey and rib roast is fully cooked - just heat and serve. You will have to cook the turkey and the rib roast if you end up buying the deluxe package.
