Questions and Answers

If all courses are not completed within the 12 months is there an option to renew membership? If so, what would the cost be? There is a certificate awarded for completion of all courses. Is this an industry recognized certification or just something saying all 500hrs were completed. Also do you plan on releasing courses for the current versions of Adobe software (Dreamweaver CS6, Photoshop CS6 ect.) If so, would that be something we would have access to?

Hi Michael, we do have provisions for course extension, and you can confirm all the queries related to it by giving me a call! We provide you with certification as a proof of completion once you are done with all the courses. However there are other options for the professional certification too. We do have plans for upgradation but not really certain if you would get the access to the new ones. 1) With the Groupon, I can take any/all of the 21 courses listed within one year of activation, correct ? 2) I am confused by one of the earlier questions, so I would like to ask clarification on it - Is there any client side software that needs to be installed in order to take the interactive courses ? If yes, is there any software which will need to be purchased (versus a free download available on the internet) ? 3) Do the courses need to be taken in order ? Are some courses a REQUIRED prerequisite for any other course ? Thanks in advance !

It is not necessary to have the programs installed in your pc/laptop as our courses are interactive simulations on the real softwares! However you can sign up for the NUS card after registering with us and avail good discounts on the softwares you are interested. 3. The best route for beginners is to start their training with the CIW courses, then Photoshop (digital images), and then onto Dreamweaver (web design tool). However you can sign up for the NUS card after registering with us and avail good discounts on the softwares you are interested. The following are the minimum user system requirements necessary to enjoy maximum access to e-Careers courses: 166MHz Pentium with 16MB Ram (200MHz Pentium with 32MB Ram is recommended); 640 x 480 256-colour video (800x600 is recommended); Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista or Windows 7; and, Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher required (Mozilla Firefox is recommended). Do I get unlimited access to each course after purchasing ? For e.g. - if I complete course 1 today and two months later I want to go back and review the concepts again, can I do that ? Is there a limited number of times, I can review a particular course or can I do as many times as I want during the 1 year time ?
