Exhart Filigree Bird Statues

From their pointed beaks to the scrolls making up their tail plumage, the Exhart Filigree Bird Statues are crafted using filigree techniques of twisting and sculpting. Metals such as pewter and bronze are carefully bent into intricate designs and detailed with mosaic glass beads until they resemble birds, such as graceful herons and mutant chickens. Then, a layer of lacquer is added to protect the metal against the elements.
