If you bought this in the states, but brought it to Europe, would it work over there with no problems? I assume the PS3 sold in Europe is the same as in the states, but before I buy it and take it with me, just want to make sure it will work on my PS3.

To my knowledge, there is only one region-locked PS3 game (Persona 4 Arena). so the game should work on any PS3. However, if there is any DLC for the game, it may be region-specific.

No, the PC retail version is not redeemable on Steam. You would need to use the free UPlay software.
