I just purchased this and am very hopeful. I'm a published author and "sit" for a living! The major complaints I have read concern the accuracy of the built-in computer. Has this been addressed? If not, is there some kind of way to accurately measure distance and mph? Thanks!

Mostly. You will still have to install a few pieces. Hardware is already in place so you will not have to rummage through a bag to match up hardware with appropriate location. Tools are included for assembly and most users report assembly taking about 1/2 hr. or less. If you have any questions along the way our customer service team will be happy to walk you through it.

FitDesk has a 30 day return policy, no questions asked. Simply keep all of the original packaging and receipt, and if you choose to return it you will receive a full refund upon return. (We think you will agree that it is unlike any other piece of "exercise" equipment that you have used before, and are hopeful that you will use it for years.)
