What do you mean "concentration nozzles"? Maybe what you are referring to ad a "concentration nozzle" is what I am seeking--a nozzle that fits over the end with a slit at the end that diffuses air?

Hi, Kimberly! The BARBAR Italy 3800 comes with two (2) narrow air concentrating nozzles. These are the attachments you place on the end of the dryer nozzle that concentrate the air for precision styling. The diffuser is the larger attachment that has "fingers" on the end that diffuse the air for prevention of frizz. As you know, people with curly hair love diffusers. So....the dryer comes with the two air concentrating nozzles, but not the diffuser. You can, however, purchase a diffuser on our website, www.globalsalon.com. Thank you for your question!
