This bar speaker was designed for iPod and iPhone devices to be docked via the 30-pin connector. You can connect the Galaxy to the 3.5mm input, but this bar speaker will not support charging of that device.

I have read reviews on Amazon that this will not play music from Pandora, you tube or non-apple aps. A previous answer says that this is not the case and that this unit, ITP100B, will play music sourced from those services. Please confirm that Pandora, Youtube and others willl work. Thanks.

Yes, the ITP100B will play music from steaming services. Video stream will require a television connection as the ITP100B has a composite video output.
