Also, full ingredient lists are available on our website at www.kravejerky.com. Just click on the individual flavor pages and go to the "ingredients" tab for full nutritional information. We're working on new recipes that use gluten-free soy sauce instead, however, so we'll soon have more delicious, gluten-free flavors to offer. Thank you!

Hi Fallon! It depends on the flavor. The basil citrus turkey jerky has the most at 16g. Chili lime has 2g, garlic chili pepper has 5g, lemon garlic has 7g, pineapple orange has 6g, smoky grilled teriyaki has 8g, and sweet chipotle has 7g.
