Hi Brian! I'm sorry, but with this particular deal, most orders are delivered within 2 1/2 weeks from the purchase date. You would not have the option to pick a delivery date. The steak bundle is delivered directly.

Due to food allergies, I can only eat 100% grass fed beef. Can you confirm if this beef is 100% grass fed? Thank you!

HI Jakeb! It's pasture-raised (grass fed / grain finished). So it's not 100% grass fed because they feed the cattle all-natural corn in the last 4-5 weeks. Even though this shouldn't make a difference in consumption, we should make sure we communicate that the animals are pasture-raised (and not 100% grass fed).
