There seems to be a lot of issues with the memory foam breaking down after a few months. Does that appear to be a problem s also mentioned cooling of body heat with this product. How many degrees on average does it cool and do you have to be lying right on top of it with a light sheet or will the directions cover that. I am glad to hear that this product comes with a mattress cover. My wife and I both have bad backs, would you recomend this product for a lower lumbar strain? Thanks, Dave Colorado Springs, CO

This topper comes with a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty. Nature’s Sleep memory foam is specifically designed to sleep cooler than most other foams on the market. It is made of Advanced Visco Technology. They have enlarged the actual memory foam cells to allow for the air to pass thru with ease. There are billions of these cells that make up a memory foam mattress. The result is the Nature’s Sleep memory foam mattresses sleep cool and natural. Memory foam is temperature sensitive so that the closer you are to the mattress, the more the memory foam can contour to the temperature of your body. Any sheet is fine but a mattress pad is not recommended. Memory foam can certainly help relieve some of the pain of lower back strain, however, keep in mind that this is just a topper, and it will just help your mattress do a better job.

I see there is a three year warranty. However returns are not accepted. I've heard of so many mattress toppers ending up with permanent indentations after just a few months use. How does one make use of the warranty if the product may not be returned?
