You have responded to a couple of questions that these noodles are kosher. Would you please identify the certifying agency and tell us whether their "hecksher" (symbol of kosher certification) appears on each package.

Paula J. asked 8 months, 16 days, 17 hours, and 36 minutes ago - 1 answer

I live in west suburban Chicago. Where can I buy a package to try? I would hate to have 23 packages left over if I don't like them.

The ingredients list says calcium hydroxide which my online searcxh shows up as poisonous. Is this a typo?

I am confused. Is glucomannan the same as yam?? Also I have diverticulosis and concerned it could negatively affect my bowels by blocking them with all the fiber. I am very interested in this product as it looks great but would appreciate your reply. thank you!

Anita asked 8 months, 17 days, 8 hours, and 29 minutes ago - 1 answer

terri R.

Gluccomannnan is a powder that is derived from the root of a Yam type plant that is not grown in the united states. The plant is called Konnyaku and it is a land type of a yam plant that is grown in asia.

Does "self stable" bags mean that they can be stored in a cupboard away from light or out in the open with light? I just want to make sure they do not go bad.

Candace H. asked 8 months, 17 days, 13 hours, and 3 minutes ago - 1 answer

terri R.

Either way it is okay unless the light cause extreme high heats.
