You can simply let your current Norton expire as normal and close to the time of expiration download this version. Just make sure on your current version you don’t have auto-renewal and it does expire.

Hi Just want to see if I have this clearly.. There is no expiration date, until it is installed? It says you can buy 3, so can I buy 3 and use each one as the previous one expires, thereby getting 45 months coverage? Thanks

angela s. asked 5 months, 25 days, 19 hours, and 16 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kristi D.

That is correct! However, there are system requirements for the software, so at some time the software may be outdated for your computer.

How do I know if I have a CD/DVD drive on my HP G62 laptop?

Carol O. asked 5 months, 25 days, 22 hours, and 34 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kristi D.

You can look at the specs of your computer if you have them handy, but even easier yet is to look on your computer itself. Normally on the side of your laptop you should see a long slit meant for a CD or DVD or a tray with a button, this tray pops out and a disc can be placed in it.

My question deals with the number of users. Before I order this deal (which covers only 1 person per computer) - how can I find out how many users are covered under the current Norton plan that I have ( it expires July 2013)?

Thomas P. asked 5 months, 27 days, 20 hours, and 8 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kristi D.

You would need to look at the original box (or online if you know the specific software you have) to see how many users it covered.
