Questions and Answers

Can you also use these on top of a mattress queen size? Does a cord come out of the mattress like it does on the sleep comfort, or do you pump it up and it has a seal to close it with? Does the 9 and 20 inch mean the height of air bed?

Sherry B. asked 6 months, 11 days, 1 hour, and 10 minutes ago - 2 answers

Allison J.

An air mattress is not meant to be placed on top of another mattress. It is meant to be placed on a flat surface such as carpeting, tile, or wood flooring. Placing it on top of another mattress may cause injury if it falls off.
9 and 20 inches refers to the height of the mattress.

Allison J. answered 6 months, 8 days, 10 hours, and 40 minutes ago

Allison J.

The cord attached to the air mattress and is not meant to be removed. There is a compartment that it can be folded into once it is unplugged while sheets are on the bed.

How does it deflate after use?

Pam M. asked 6 months, 9 days, 4 hours, and 45 minutes ago - 1 answer

Allison J.

There is an automatic deflate that can be used. With the rocker switch in the STOP position, slide the center switch to DEFLATE. After 1 minute, press the rocker switch to the AUTO position. Switch to the STOP position after the air mattress is fully deflated. While folding/rolling up the bed for storage, open the air valve plug (opposite side of the bed from the pump) in order to allow any remaining air to escape. Close the air valve after folding is completed.

is the air mattress only for occasional uses or it can be used every day and how much weight is ok for twin mattress

fauzia k. asked 6 months, 11 days, 12 hours, and 34 minutes ago - 1 answer

Allison J.

The air mattress is meant for occasional use and is not meant to be used as a replacement for a mattress. The main material in the bed is plastic, therefore, over use will wear down the air mattress faster.

When deflated and in the included storage bag, what is the size and weight of each option?

Nathan V. asked 6 months, 11 days, 13 hours, and 40 minutes ago - 1 answer

Allison J.

Sorry for the delay! We only have the 20" queen size available.
The weight for the 20” air mattress is 34.5 lbs. The bag weighs less than a pound, so that does not add any additional weight to the air mattress. The size depends on how tight the customer is able to roll or fold the air mattress. The air mattress fits easily into the bag provided. The estimated deflated, folded size would be 18” x 18” x 12”.

Allison J. answered 6 months, 8 days, 10 hours, and 41 minutes ago

will there be more sizes coming up? there is only one size available.

Sandra M. asked 6 months, 9 days, 5 hours, and 11 minutes ago - 1 answer

Allison J.

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, there was a limited quantity available for each option. As such, we do not have a rain check or wait list feature. We do not have any information to share on future offerings at this point, but please keep an eye out.

I see there is a box stand for one of the mattresses. Is it only for queen size?

Syed S. asked 6 months, 10 days, 10 hours, and 6 minutes ago - 1 answer

Allison J.

The picture I believe you are referring to is not actually a box stand. That is a picture of the 20" queen mattress which is a double layer mattress.
