The Groupon Code worked fine for me. I purchased the Lifetime Unlimited Language and that is what I got. The button sent me right to the site and filled in the code. I have been using Rosetta Stone myself on and off for a couple of years and purchased this one for my wife. She had a twelve month that had expired. I have never been able string together enough days to bcome fluent. That is more about me than the program. The program is good and I feel confident when I get a full week in. I have used other programs - Pimsleur, DuoLingo, and Babble - and I like Rosetta Stone best. I did DuoLingo every day for months and nothing stuck. I have things that have stuck from both Rossetta Stone and Pimsluer. So much so that when we were in France, I wound up moving into broken Italian, Spanish, and German without realizing it. People looked at me strangely. BTW, I do not know sentences, only words. I like the talk back feature of Rosetta Stone. It seems to check my accent and make sure I am speaking correctly. My wife and I have found that In some countries people won't understand you if you don't speak with the proper accent.

Make sure you get Lifetime Unlimited from Rosetta Stone. It turns out that the activation code generated by Groupon is only for Lifetime access to ONE LANGUAGE. (The mobile app appears to let you switch languages, but it only provides the first lesson for free). To get Lifetime Unlimited, call Rosetta customer service and be prepared to forward the following by email: * Screenshot of the Groupon page that clearly describes "Lifetime Unlimited - Learn All 24 Languages!" * Purchase Confirmation email from Groupon * Screenshot of the Rosetta activation page that you see after clicking "Redeem Online" from the Groupon site. This has your Rosetta activation code automatically filled in, and that code will help the Rosetta customer service rep help you. Once I forwarded all of this, the Rosetta CSR was able to change my account to Lifetime Unlimited. It takes about 20 minutes on the phone, but it's worth it. Just be nice and they will help you!
