Does the ticking (outer cotton fabric) on this comforter ensure that feathers don't escape? I have seen reviews of comforters manufactured by this manufacturer (Royal Luxe) that state that the feathers escape and fly all over the room. Also, which type of baffle construction is used? How large are the baffle boxes? Thanks.

Why are these comforters dry clean only? You can usually wash a down comforter in a delicate cycle
