Hi! wanting to purchase the vac but wondering if has enough power for what I need it for - I have 2 dogs and a two 1/2 year old boy that are constantly in the car...so basically between french fries broken cookies and dog fur well...you can imagine - is this thing basically for lint and dust or will it pick up anything more significant? thanks for your help, I appreciate your time, -Linda-

These vacuums have been tested and they are somewhere in between. They do not pick up french fries but they will pick up more than dust and lint.
