How do you inflate the pillow?

Susan E. asked 6 months, 19 days, 16 hours, and 50 minutes ago - 1 answer

Patrick S.

Hi Susan! Here is an answer provided by the manufacturer:

"For inflation, experience has shown that the best way to do this is to start with the valve removed. This leaves a large hole so that air can easily enter the pillow. Just pull out the corners of the pillow to form it into its inflated shape (like a cube) and it is now 80% full of air. Now insert the valve and the air inside is trapped by the one-way inflation valve. From this point it takes just a few breaths of air to top it off to the desired firmness and you're ready to go!"

Will airlines permit this on board if it is inflated?

Dianne Q. asked 6 months, 20 days, 6 hours, and 1 minute ago - 1 answer

Patrick S.

Hi Dianne! It is recommended to wait until the seat belt light is turned off after the plane is in the air to inflate this pillow. The reason for this is because the cabin pressure will have stabilized.
