No, this is a 3.5ch Helicopter. For Inverted flight you would have to buy a 6CH Helicopter for it to be able to fly upside down.

Yes you can use a larger SD card. It does not record audio, only video.

How can I know, that is a brand new unit and not a refurbished? And Why the battery takes 90 min to charge and only gives 10 min of flight time?

Its a brand new item. If it was refurbished we would be required to list it as refurbished. The charge the Helicopter comes with is a basic wall charger. You can aways buy a faster after market charger if you wish.
