What is the PSI cooking level on this unit? (Please provide for both "Hi" and "Low" settings, if applicable.) Many pressure cooker cookbooks reference this number in the recipe to determine cooking times, and I would like to know before I buy. Thanks!

C. L. asked 1 year, 4 months, 7 hours, and 35 minutes ago - 1 answer

Alex W.

Hi C.L. The PSI of the pressure cooker is 11.6. I tried to get you the info for the "low setting", but was it was not available.

Alex W. answered 1 year, 3 months, 29 days, 15 hours, and 22 minutes ago

I can't seem to find out this info on the deal, but how high can the pressure cooker go? In other words, what is the maximum INNER pressure and temperature (not just what a temperature it can go up to in a dishwasher...)?

Is this tall enough to use for canning with the standard pint-sized Ball jars? What about the larger quart-sized Ball canning jars?

Carolyn D. asked 1 year, 4 months, 20 hours, and 41 minutes ago - 1 answer

Alex W.

Hi Carolyn, It all depends on the height of your ball canning jar. This pressure cooker can be filled up to 2/3 of its height. If your jar is less than 4.6 inches tall then it will be ok.

Alex W. answered 1 year, 4 months, 19 hours, and 38 minutes ago

If you offer a larger one I will buy that, this one is too small for my uses, sorry. Do you anticipate doing that in the "near" future? If so how "near" ? as I would truly like to get one.

walt w. asked 1 year, 4 months, 20 hours, and 3 minutes ago - 1 answer

We are constanlty working with the people at Groupon to provide new deals, but at this time we have no future date or item scheduled. I would not be able to give you an answer as to how soon the next date would be.
