Since USB 2 doesn't and charger doesn't come with unit, how is unit charged and where to get correct size USB cable? Assuming mp3 files are simply dragged and dropped to the drive the unit is plugged into??

Does this device have the ability to mix up or shuffle the mp3 tunes which on placed into this mp3 player? Can this device pull out the tunes from their individual folders while shuffleling all the tunes in the device?
