Will it fit into the case for the Toshiba Thrive tablet? Also, will it take the large SD card like the Toshiba thrive?

It will only accept micro sd cards, but you can get an adapter to use for larger sd cards...it will not fit perfectly into the thrive case as it is smaller, but you shouldn't have a problem using the same case!
