Hi Christopher, They're generally described as chewy, however all flavors except the chocolate banana have nuts, which add a little crunch. They have a similar consistency to a Kind or Lara bar, if you're familiar. Each flavor is a delicious blend of dried fruit, nuts and wholesome heritage grains like chia, quinoa and millet. Hi Lisa, Thanks for your question. Two Degrees bars contain no corn syrup, and our Chocolate Peanut and Chocolate Banana flavors DO contain soy lecithin, however Apple Pecan and Cherry Almond do not!
