how can this be lactose free if is is made with whey protein and milk derivatives ???? those both contain lactose. and in the nutrition facts chart it doesn't say that the enzyme is added to make it lactose free like yoplait lactose free yogurt is made with milk but adds the enzyme to make it lactose free.

Hi Mike. While Protein To Go shots contains proteins derived from milk — like whey — they are considered nondairy because the lactose and fat have been filtered from those proteins.
