We do not have a computer /internet access. Do we need this to complete any of the experiments or get the completed certificates that were mentioned?

You do not need internet access for the experiments. The certificate of completion is posted on our website and you can print that out (once). There is a clubhouse online as well if you would like to use it to study each topic in more detail but this is not needed for the kits. In addition, we do email out a tracking number when each kit ships as well as a newsletter that goes with the kit. Again, these are additional helpful features but not needed for the experiments. The newsletters are also posted on our facebook page.

Is it possible to use this for The Young Scientist Club instead of Magic School Bus since we have already done the full 12 of Magic School Bus?

I signed up for the Young Scientists Club for 2012 and cuurently are reciving them monthly. If I sign up now are the 12 kits all new topics or are they just repeated from the prior year? Thanks.

They are the same kit as there are currently only 12 kits in the program. You can check out the TYSC subscription program that has 36 kits listed on www.theyoungscientistsclub.com Some of the topics overlap, but you can skip these if you want.

Does the kit include ALL supplies for each experiment, or are the supplies something I will have to buy on my own?

The kit includes many supplies but common household items are needed at times (such as vinegar, water, bowls). However, supplies such as paperclips, elastic bands, petri dishes, agar, etc are included. Each month you will receive an enewsletter that will tell you all about the upcoming kit and the supplies needed for the kit. Most likely you will have all the supplies at home.

Where do you get your pricing? Their website quotes a price tag of 11.99/mo ($143.88) + shipping and handling $4.95/mo ($60). There for the total is more like $204 not $239. Also, is the monthly shipping & handling included in the Groupon Price?

You are looking at a different subscription program than that is being offered. We are selling The Magic School Bus science club and you are listing the pricing for TYSC subscription program. The monthly shipping and handling is included in the Groupon Price.

Amie H asked about supplies for how many children and your answer was one child/one membership. Does this mean there is really only enough for one experiment by one child in each kit? I know you talk about sharing but it's hard to share one thing!

The kits are designed for one child but many families share the kits. Some experiments can be repeated and others can be completed as a team (like growing bacteria and fungus).
