Questions and Answers

Hi! Is there a timeframe that all classes must be taken? I live in Charlotte but am from the Raleigh area. Would have to plan the lessons around when I came into town, Unless there's a Charlotte location in the making? :)

we would like you to complete the groupon in 45 days. you can choose the hour lesson and make some great headway during your lessons. we do have traveling students who bounce around. but, it is not a free for all. communication is a must. we are flexible but need to keep the teachers days regimented. i'll personally take you on because my schedule is 7 days a week. that will give you options a plenty. thanks for the question. no immediate plans for charlotte but we will keep it on the horizon!!!

Do the 4 lessons have to be used in one month, or is there flexibility if I'm unable to make a lesson one of those weeks?

Alyssa asked 6 months, 29 days, 7 hours, and 12 minutes ago - 1 answer

it's better for the process to have a regular schedule. but, you have 45 days to finish the groupon once the first lesson is completed. that should maintain the integrity of the studio and give you some flexibility. thats the best of both worlds. thanks for the question.

Hi~ Does is the deal only offered to children? I have a 41 year old who owns 2 nice guitars and has never learned to play-and this would make a PERFECT Christmas present! Thanks Cassandra

Two questions: I was told by a local guitar teacher that he would not teach a 5 year old because of the risk of him getting frustrated and losing interest. Do you find this to be true? Second, do you feel a child should start with a kids sized learners guitar?

Sandra S. asked 7 months, 1 day, 23 hours, and 55 minutes ago - 1 answer

Depends. I have a ton of experience with that age group. Depends on attention span and motor skills. Give me a call at 9197938080 and we wiill discuss. I can help with the guitar thing a s well.

My grandson is 61/2 and very interested in playing the guitar. He has a cheap starter that he does pretty well with. He is left handed when he eats-throws left handed but bats and golfs right handed. When he plays the guitar -he goes both ways. My real questions are-is he too young for lessons and would his right hand/left hand deal be an issue?

Suevil C. asked 7 months, 2 days, 7 hours, and 41 minutes ago - 1 answer

Give t.

common question. he should try very hard to play right handed. it's cheaper and his choices are much more diverse. he's not too young. if he's into it and puts forth some practice time, it should really be no problem!!

Give t. answered 7 months, 2 days, 7 hours, and 31 minutes ago

do you have to have a guitar or do you supply one

sheila d. asked 7 months, 2 days, 9 hours, and 31 minutes ago - 1 answer

Give t.

you should really own your own guitar because it will inspire you to practice. i have some guitars at the studio that you can use for klessons before you purchase. they are for rental. but, it's not a great idea. a cheap acoustic costs hundred bucks and is the way to go. thanks for the question.
