What You'll Do
When food photography is done right, it has the ability to capture a dish’s integrity, showcase the beauty of organic produce, or elicit mouthwatering effects just from peering at a poster. Gain a foundation in food photography alongside Amy Johnson, whose work has been published in magazines throughout the West Coast. As you trek through a local farmer’s market, you’ll learn how to work with shadows and lighting conditions, compose a shot, and take artful imagery of produce.
