Just clarifying.... For $20 I will receive 2 tickets to the BC game that I choose? The drop down says - quantity 1 for $20.00

Hi Annie, Yes, if you chose that option for $20 you will receive 2 tickets. The quantity listed on the purchase page simply means 1 Groupon - which in this case would be 2 tickets. Hope that helps!

Are all of these tickets for the lower tier of seats, the ones that normally cost $20?

The tickets will be either lower or upper bowl seats. They will be given out on a first come first served basis. If you have any other questions please feel free to call the Ticket Office directly at 617-552-3000.

Sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately, there is not an option to purchase just 5 tickets. However, if you bring along another person, you can purchase one of each option for a total of 6 tickets.

Now that you fixed the system, what about those of us who bought before and wish a second game? How do we know there will be seats available?

Is the system fixed yet. Hate to be a broken record but purchased this specifically to bring family to the Saturday Game.

Sorry for the confusion and any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you try again now, you will be able to select your preferred game day and package. Just click the green "Buy" button on the deal page - when you do, a drop down menu with all the options will appear. Thanks for your patience, and again, my apologies. Still unable to select a day. I don't want to run the risk of showing up on Friday at will call and not getting in. I really want to be able to select the day and they're selling out fast on here. Please fix.

Can you please clarify how we can choose the day to go after we have purchased the Groupon? Do we just show up on whatever day we want to go and there will be seats for us?

We are still in the process of fixing this. It should be available soon but if you purchased the tickets already you can show up either day and it will be accepted

When I select that I want two seats, on the following screen where I am to complete my order the drop down only lists two options - one says "Friday or Saturday, 2 tickets" and the other says "Friday or Saturday, 4 tickets" - where/when do I select which day I want?

Right now if you purchased it is for either day. We are in the process of fixing this but if you already purchased you can go to either day.

The drop down menu does not actually allow to pick a specific day, Friday or Saturday. For the 4 game option, it lists both days in both options. Please fix it.
