What You'll Do
Shutter speed, f-stop, ISO—arcane jargon to the uninitiated, yet these concepts are what make professional photos stand out from the Instagrammed masses. Bryan Tan demystifies these and other concepts as he teaches you how to take control of your camera. As the setting sun lights up the bay, Tan will segue into compositional rules, helping you frame photos with leading lines and the rule of thirds. He'll also show you how to create the images you want with advanced techniques in focus and white balance.
