This summer, Olympian Ryan Lochte and NBA star LeBron James were spotted at TAO’s nightclub and poolside. And although both recently snatched golden hardware for their respective athletic achievements, neither have nor will claim the crown of Most Blinged Out Bride. This contest—held at the 18,000-square-foot Balinese-style pool club of TAO Beach—helps kick off the first full day of The World’s Largest Bachelorette Party. During the day, this weekend-long celebration congregates at the exotic rooftop pool for complimentary spa services, an open bar, pole-dancing lessons, an appearance by the Chippendale dancers, and an attempt to set the world record for the largest champagne toast and greatest density of BFFs per capita.

At night, the party moves inside to the club. The Italian-inspired decor at LAVO Nightclub hosts a welcoming reception on Friday evening where ladies receive VIP gift bags and admission. Things shift to the multistory “Asian City” of TAO Nightclub on Saturday. A private party with open bar and passed apps hosts a wedding-gown design contest and a Maxim bachelorette photo shoot, both backdropped by TAO’s silky decor with waterfalls, red chandeliers, and some 300 hand-carved monks and candles that climb the wall of one of its three bars. Sunday treats ladies a final fling in the pool and in the club.

Sprawling over 60,000 square feet inside and out, TAO is a place for the footloose, the fancy, and the free-spirited. Mingling Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Thai cuisines, the menu entices gourmands with exotic entrees, and the dimly lit dance floor throbs to big bass beats. Plush chaise lounges with luxuriously wide cushions flank the pool at TAO Beach, a great place to relax or get romantic while chicken fighting. TAO’s portrait of opulent pleasure is completed with grace notes such as a hand-carved, 20-foot-tall Buddha, a meditative indoor koi pond, and backlit floral screens overlooking the booths.
