Fight for the Youth

A dozen amateur battles swarm the fight card in Primo Boxing’s “Fight for the Youth” charity boxing event. Attendees can study boxing mechanics as USA Boxing-sanctioned pugilists trade jabs, haymakers, and tips on what kind of fabric softener to use on their robes. Proceeds from the event benefit the Primo Boxing Club, whose “Say Yes to Kids” program coordinates community efforts on behalf of at-risk youth, particularly by training them in boxing and other self-defense methods and providing ongoing resources for conflict resolution and anger management.
