Why does my email say 1 ticket and I purchased 4 ?

I checked your account and it looks like you have all 4 tickets. You can find and print your Groupons by logging into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons" in the drop-down menu that appears. If the Groupon you are trying to print was purchased as a gift, it will be under "My Gifts".

After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to download the PDF file of the Groupon to your computer. Once that file opens, you can print it like you would any document.

Part of my party can only attend the 7:30 game. Can I leave their tickets at Will Call after picking up my own at 4:30, or do we all have to walk in together?

i just purchased 3 tickets. the event appeas nearly sold out in the sections advertised. how can you guarantee there will be 3 seats together in the advertised sections at the last minute on the day of the game?
