In a Nutshell

Groupon buyers will be seated in the grandstand bleachers. Check the schedule for specific matches, and choose from the following options:

* For $19, you get one ticket to the opening night on Friday, February 22, at 6:30 p.m. (a $39.25 value).

* For $15, you get one ticket to the session that begins at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 25 (a $29.75 value).

* For $16, you get one ticket to the session that begins at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 1 (a $32.75 value).

Gates open one hour prior to the tournament start times.

Hosting a field of both tennis legends and current stars, the 21st annual Delray Beach International Tennis Championships treats racket watchers to 10 days of high-octane singles and doubles action. On opening night, American tennis legend John McEnroe takes the court against former Wimbledon Champion Pat Cash in a match of seasoned skills and considerably longer shorts than when the two met in the 1980s. First-round singles and doubles action kicks off the morning of February 25, with the second-round and quarterfinal action lining up in the succeeding days. The two top-ranked American players anchor the field of current pros, including No. 1 John Isner, whose 6-foot, 9-inch frame allows him to serve the tennis ball so fast that it bounces at a wicked angle or burrows beneath the court in fear of more punishment. The field also features Bob and Mike Bryan, twin brothers who have combined for 166 doubles titles and 2012 Olympic Gold.

The Groupon Guide to: Spicing Up a Monologue

Monologues are the most boring part of plays since they only involve a single performer and that single performer is never an adorable baby actor. To make these seemingly unending passages more interesting, follow these helpful tips:

  • Do something interesting with your voice. You could give your character an accent or, if you can't do a convincing accent, just yell the entire time.

  • Cut out all the unnecessary words, such as articles and any full sentences that don't foreshadow how the main character is a group of children hiding inside a man's suit.

  • Wear a funky hat or rad loafers. That'll give the audience something to look at!

  • Perform it with multiple people and tell the director you're going to start calling it a fun-o-logue.

  • Start at the end of the monologue and work backward. Then when you finish, tell the audience that they just got Pranked'd™. (If you're interested in buying the rights to use the name Pranked'd™, probably for a hilarious hidden-camera goof show, please contact Groupon for more information.)

Why is there so much yelling in plays? Find out in today's Groupon Guide.
