A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, Evetta Petty has spent the last 20 years perfecting her hat-crafting skills. At her boutique, Harlem's Heaven, she has hand-crafted hats for such figures as Star Jones and Patti LaBelle. Recently, her hats have been on display at the Museum of Arts and Design in New York as part of their Global Africa Project.
