In the animal kingdom, football is played with cheetah running backs, buffalo linemen, and a seagull that is forced to curl up and act as the ball. Catch humanity's version of the animals' gridiron gallantry with today's GrouponLive deal: for $25, you get one lower-level G-Pass to the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl college football bowl game between the Western Michigan University Broncos and the Purdue University Boilermakers at Ford Field on Tuesday, December 27, at 4:30 p.m. (up to a $51.80 value, including all ticketing fees). Reserved seating will be in rows 1–20 of sections 113–115. Because the ticket is a G-Pass, Groupon customers can use it to enter the venue directly; they will not need to redeem their Groupon at will call.

As the only major college bowl game in the Midwest, the 15th annual Little Caesars Pizza Bowl hurls a hearty dose of the heartland into Detroit's downtown dome. The nation's leading receiver, WMU's Jordan White, plans to pile onto his career total of 1,646 receiving yards and 345 bouquets caught on field. Meanwhile, Purdue's head coach, Danny Hope looks to limit White and an electric offense that has lit up scoreboards with an average of 50 points in its last four games. To gunk up the gears of this 11-pistoned scoring machine, Purdue defensive tackle Kawann Short clogs running lanes with his 310 pounds and disrupts quarterback Alex Cardner's time in the pocket with hypnotic interpretive-dance moves. On the field, the season's good tidings give way to the smash-mouth embraces of the faithful with images magnified on two 27'x96' video boards that tower over both end zones and give players a rare chance to check their hairdos.

Due to security restrictions, G-Passes must be printed out and presented in person at the event. They cannot be redeemed through Groupon's mobile app.

The Groupon Guide to: Receiving a Home Visit from a Cable or Satellite Technician

Rarely—very rarely—in your adult life, you may be called upon to receive an unusual stranger in your home. Do not be alarmed by their well-worn uniforms and arsenal of strange tools—they are a representative from the company that provides you with television and Internet service.

In the rare—very rare—event that your cable or Internet briefly ceases working, one of these ragged strangers may arrive on your doorstep. Do not panic. Do not spray them with your hose, still connected from checking on the garden during the free time resultant from your Internet outage. Invite them in. You are expecting them, even if you do not remember.

Do not offer them food, water, or coffee—they are instructed not to take it, and this will make the situation uncomfortable for both of you. If you wish, you may look them in their eyes. Despite the rest of their outward appearance, you will see they have two, beautiful eyes.

Quickly they will set to work, repairing the machines that bring invisible electric signals into your home that help you and your family laugh, love, and share your lives with friends all over the world. Repairs will be brisk and complete, and you will never know the technician's name or have need of them again.

In the rare—very rare—event that your repair visit is somehow delayed, incomplete, or frustrating in anyway, please be assured that this has never happened before, nor will it again. The technician who disappointed you has already been vaporized in the shame chamber. Thank you for choosing Cable, Satellite & Internet.

Which cable provider vaporizes its most disappointing employees?
