Questions and Answers

Your answers to the previous questions regarding seat assignment still don't answer the question. If you redeem your tickets on the day of the show, one hour before curtain time, do you only get to choose from the seats that are left? Is one hour before show time PRIOR to when regular ticket buyers come to the theater? Basically, I don't want to show up with all my kids only to find out that there are no seats or bad seats or we all have to sit far apart from each other because nothing else is left. Thanks in advance.

If you purchase your Groupons together, your seats will be together. You simply will exchange your Groupons for tickets at the box office.

Sorry for any confusion.
If your child is 2 years old (but not yet a 3 year-old) or younger, then a lap seat is required.

A clear answer is needed regarding the seats for these tickets. There is a huge difference between sitting in Row A as opposed to Row M. How is someone supposed to know if they have a good seat? How are these seats being handed out? Is it first come, first serve the day of the show? Are you selecting our seats when we purchase the tickets? What exactly is the procedure??? Groupon, please be concise and clear in your response.

For this event, the seats are assigned based on when you purchased your Groupons. If you purchased your Groupons at the same time, you will be sitting together. Just bring your Groupons to the box office and they'll exchange them for your tickets!

I bought 2 tickets on April 6th. How do I suppose to know that we could get a good seat. Are these row only for groupon and first come first base or what ever left from regular order?

You will exchange your Groupon for your ticket at the box office starting one hour before showtime.

"You will not be able to select your seats before purchasing. These Groupons are refundable only on the day of the purchase. As with any ticket, if you miss the show, it is not refundable." This is a response to a previous question. If I already purchased the tickets today, can I cancel the order for a full refund? Up until what time can I request a refund if I need it?

I've selected a bunch of dates and thhen it says sold out. is ther a way to see the dates still available for purchse without first going through process of all dropboxes etc??

The show is 90 minutes long with no intermission. Everyone who attends the show must have a ticket. For children under 2 years old you may purchase a "lap ticket"; these tickets are available for $20 at the box office, cash only.
