What You'll Do
Mike Snyder describes his seminar as an effort to "get other people to pay to come out and help build the next platform for the second Savannah's Meadow Treehouse." This bit of humor aside, Mike has a lot to offer any treehouse enthusiast. A onetime student of Treehouse Masters' Pete Nelson, Mike used his skills to create the Majestic Oak Treehouse, a fully functioning house in the boughs of an oak at Savannah's Meadow. After learning about the theory and practice of large-scale treehouse building with Mike, you'll head over to the site, getting a chance to help with construction, put the base platform together, or watch from the sidelines.

Owners, Savannah’s Meadow
When Gwen first met her husband Mike, they each shared their lifelong dreams with each other: For Gwen, it was to own her own lavender farm, and for Mike, it was to live in a treehouse. The couple managed to pull these fantastical ideas together when they founded Savannah’s Meadow, an aromatic oasis named after their daughter. Today, the working farm has lavender fields, herb gardens, farm animals, and a stunning tree house referred to as the Majestic Oak Treehouse that delights visitors from near and far.
