Our apologies for the delay. If you purchased your Groupons at the same time, you will be sitting together. Just bring your Groupons to the box office and they'll exchange them for your tickets!

The groupon for the Harlem Globetrotters states that I may buy up to 8. When I try to buy 4 tickets it will not allow me to do so. it says I am not allowed to purchase more than 1. We are trying to get tickets for the Sunday show.

If the business sets a limit on how many Groupons we can offer, you will see "Limited quantity available" under the hourglass and countdown of the time left to buy. There are a few reasons why we may limit the number of Groupons available on certain deals, but generally it's to ensure a high quality of service for Groupon customers.

You can find your Groupons by doing the following:

Go to www.groupon.com.

If you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. If you don't see your name, click on the link that says "Sign In" on the right side of the page and then enter this email address and the password you gave us when you made your purchase or created your account. If you forgot your password, you'll be able to reset it there.

Once you are signed in, place your mouse over your name and your account menu will drop down. Click on the "My Groupons" link to access your Groupons. If you purchased your Groupon as a gift, it will be under the "My Gifts" tab.

Once the deal closes, it will take up to 48 hours for Groupon to obtain your seating information and place your G-Pass in your account. During this time, your G-Pass will show as processing on your "My Groupons" page.
