I have been trying to get a hold of the box office and have had no luck, can you reserve the tickets on their website and apply the groupon code?

How are the seats asigned? By reservation first come first served? Are the Groupon tickets assigned to your last two rows of discounted group tickets or in specific blocked out sections?

Hi Roberta! After you purchase the Groupon, you will call the box office to reserve your seats.

These Groupons aren't valid for a certain seating section. Please give the box office a call at (312) 725-4228 to check availability.

I purchased 4 of the 2 ticket Christmas Show deal. If I am reading this correctly, I need to call and make reservations for a particular show either 12/22, 12/23 or 12/26 correct? Can I call today to make the reservations or do I need to wait until the day of the show?
