What You'll Do

If you’ve entered a museum in the past 40 years, it’s quite likely you were greeted by the work of StudioEIS. Maybe it was the bronze Teddy Roosevelt seated at the entrance of the American Museum of Natural History in New York, or Albert Einstein gazing pensively skyward at Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, or FDR and Eleanor enjoying the grounds of their presidential library in Hyde Park. Ivan Schwartz, the studio’s founder and director, treats you to an insider’s look at how ideas like these pupate into dynamic, museum-ready sculptures that tell a story.

  • Behind-the-Scenes Tour
You'll be introduced to all the studio's key artisans, including project manager Debra Schwartz and production manager BJ Ervick

  • Get the First Look at Upcoming Sculptures
Watch the studio's head sculptor work on clay sculptures before they are cast in bronze
