What You’ll Do
There's an entire story begging to be told within a single sip of wine. With a trained palate, you can discern a wine's region of origin, the grapes from which it was made, and the different processes used to create the final bottle—if you have the right tools. Master of wine Joel Butler teaches you these skills as you taste 10 of his favorite pinots, revealing their unique features and explaining how to distinguish them from one another, as well as what separates quality wines from the rest.
