The War at the Forge

With quick feet and quicker gloves, boxing’s modern gladiators are set to take to the ring at the Valley Forge Casino Resort for an event known simply as the War at the Forge. The night’s eight-bout card is capped by a fast-moving Pennsylvania State Lightweight Championship fight between titleholder Naim “The Dream” Nelson, who enters the fight undefeated in his professional career, and challenger Ryan “Rockin” Belasco, a veteran with an 18–5–3 record who has won seven of his last eight. VIP ticket-holders enjoy the matches along with a dinner buffet, eliminating the need to jostle for scraps of wishbones tossed out from the ring.
