In a Nutshell

Jabs and haymakers shake the ring in a seven-bout event that concludes with a Minnesota Middleweight Championship title fight

The Fine Print

When boxers accidentally look at their target, it's called telegraphing, but when they hit opponents in the face with a typewriter, it's called texting. Communicate properly with this GrouponLive deal to see Knock Out Hunger at the Crowne Plaza Hotel St. Paul–Riverfront on Saturday, November 17, at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. Choose from the following options:

  • For $30, you get two tickets for general-admission seating, labeled in white on the seating chart (a $60 value).
  • For $55, you get two tickets for reserved seating, labeled in black on the seating chart (a $110 value).
  • For $75, you get two tickets for ringside seating, labeled in orange on the seating chart (a $150 value).

Fourteen of Minnesota's finest pugilists will face off in the Knock Out Hunger boxing event, a high-octane affair that culminates in an eight-round fight for the Minnesota Middleweight Championship. The Crowne Plaza Hotel will host seven bouts in the Saturday night spectacle, including a main event in which "Golden" Caleb Truax and Michael "Midnight Stalker" Walker exchange lightning-quick jabs, thunderous haymakers, and ceremonial prefight valentines as they fight for the middleweight title. In the night's penultimate fight, "Sir" Cerresso Fort will put his undefeated record on the line against Brandon "The Business" Baue, who will try to avoid becoming Fort's 11th knockout victim. An opening clash of bantamweights and a super-featherweight-division match in the middle of the bill will give boxing aficionados a chance to take in a range of fighting techniques.
