Questions and Answers

I want to purchase 11 tickets. How can I do this to make sure all our seats will be together?

Heidi G. asked 3 months, 4 days, 1 hour, and 17 seconds ago - 1 answer

Phillip K.

Hello, Heidi. Unfortunately, you cannot purchase 11 tickets together for this offer, as there is a limit of 8 per person. I recommend having someone else in your party purchase a set of Groupons in addition to your order. There's no guarantee you will be able to sit close to each other, but you can still attend the event together. Thank you for writing.

How many seats does 1 G-Pass include?

Korri A. asked 3 months, 4 days, 4 hours, and 14 minutes ago - 1 answer

Phillip K.

Hi, Korri. Each G-Pass is one ticket/seat. Thank you for your interest!

I just bought 3 G pass tickets for the upcoming circus. They say I've to check back some other time later inorder to take prints of my tickets.does the G pass come to my mail I'd provided or do I have to sign in to Groupon?

RENCY G. asked 3 months, 5 days, 10 hours, and 52 minutes ago - 1 answer

Phillip K.

Good morning, Rency. With a G-Pass™ for a GrouponLive event, there is no need to exchange it for a ticket at the venue, as your G-Pass is actually your ticket. Your G-Pass will include your seating information.

Once the deal closes, it will take up to 48 hours for Groupon to obtain your seating information and place your G-Pass in your account. During this time, your G-Pass will show as processing on your "My Groupons" page.

To print your G-Pass, go to http://www.groupon.com. If you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. If you don't see your name, click on the link that says "Sign In" on the right side of the page and then enter the email address and the password you gave us when you made your purchase. If you forgot your password, you'll be able to reset it there.

Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Click on the "My Groupons" link to access your G-Pass. If you purchased your G-Pass as a gift, it will be under the "My Gifts" tab.

Thanks for writing!

I am trying to purchase 3 tickets and it is telling me I can't purchase more then 1?

Elizabeth H. asked 3 months, 6 days, 2 hours, and 44 minutes ago - 1 answer

Joseph G.

Please make sure you're entering "3" in the field where it asks how many tickets you'd like to purchase. If you're still experiencing trouble, please feel free to call our Customer Support team directly at (888) 375-5777 and they'll be happy to help!

I purchased 8 tickets (4 adults, 4 children). Do I need to specify the names for each person who will be attending?

Lori H. asked 3 months, 6 days, 6 hours, and 22 minutes ago - 1 answer

Phillip K.

Nope, you should be all set. As long as you are attending the event and will be with the other ticket holders, your ID will be enough to redeem these Groupons. Thank you for your purchase, Lori!

Phillip K. answered 3 months, 6 days, 5 hours, and 29 minutes ago

If I purchase 5 tickets can they be assured to be together?

Thomas S. asked 3 months, 6 days, 10 hours, and 27 minutes ago - 1 answer

Phillip K.

Yes. You must purchase the tickets together to sit together and there is a limit of 8 per person. As long as the 5 tickets are purchased all in one order, you will all sit together. Thanks for writing, Thomas.

Just wanted to clarify- I have a 2 year old, one place says "under two" free (which I would read as 1 and under), but a question above says "2 and under".

Kristin W. asked 3 months, 7 days, 6 hours, and 5 minutes ago - 1 answer

Ashley

Children 2 years and under are free to the Circus, but they must sit in your lap.

Ashley answered 3 months, 7 days, 5 hours, and 38 minutes ago

I bought one ticket and now they are sold out. I need 2 more. How can I change this? I'm willing to downgrade.

Shonte' K. asked 3 months, 7 days, 9 hours, and 10 minutes ago - 1 answer

Phillip K.

Hi, Shonte'. Since this is a time sensitive issue, please call us at 888-375-5777 and we can help you over the phone.

are you able to pick the section you want, for $20. it says sections 207-209 or 221-227. These include the same seats as the $25.oo tickets, so I was wonering what the difference was. Also, how do I get the pre-circus activities?

Robin R. asked 3 months, 7 days, 9 hours, and 58 minutes ago - 1 answer

Phillip K.

Unfortunately, you cannot choose your seats at the time of purchase. The details about your specific seats will be available when the G-Passes for this event are available to print. Most preparty activities require an extra fee, so please contact the venue with any questions on availability for those. Thanks for writing, Robin.
