The concert starts at 7 p.m., and doors open at 6 p.m. Choose from the following seating options:

  • For $24, you get one G-Pass for upper-level seating (up to a $48.75 value, including all fees).
  • For $29, you get one G-Pass for lower-level seating (up to a $59 value, including all fees).
  • For $34, you get one G-Pass for floor seating (up to a $69.75 value, including all fees).

In the mid- to late '80s, a new kind of music rose up among the forward-thinking boogiers of Brooklyn and the Bronx. Thanks to technology that allowed electronic keyboards to make new sounds and human beings to dress as laser beams, freestyle and synth pop were born. Reviving the pulsing sounds during the concert, Judy Torres shows how she earned the nickname “The Queen of Freestyle” with her sultry and sinuous hits “No Reason to Cry” and “Back in Your Arms Again,” and Lisa Lisa belts out floor fillers such as “Wonder If I Take You Home” and “Lost in Emotion.” Fellow headliners Information Society mingle their voices with electronics to create cyborg melodies, including “What’s On Your Mind (Pure Energy)”. Dance troupes, vocal ensembles, and male and female solo acts fill out the rest of the roster.
