Trained chef and Spanish native Leti Salama demystifies the subtle artistry behind the Valencian dish of paella, leading you through step-by-step instructions as you chop, prep, peel, and sauté the ingredients in the proper order. Leti then guides you through the process of incorporating the paella into an authentic three-course Spanish dinner that begins with gazpacho and concludes with a decadent dessert. Sips of sangria and the melodies of Spanish music keep the mood light throughout your evening of culinary discovery.

Leticia Salama sharpened her cooking skills at Telva cuisine school in Madrid and the famous Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. A native of Spain, Leti draws from her familiarity with Spanish cuisine and her classical training to craft authentic dishes using local ingredients. She operates New York City–based Leti's Catering, where she offers a mix of innovative and classic catered dishes, such as tuna empanadas, quail-egg tapas, and classic Spanish-style omelets.
