Life in Color starts parties in cities all over the globe with a vibrant mix of electronica, acrobats, pyrotechnics, and, of course, gallons upon gallons of paint. Alongside DJ-in-residence David Solano, the Rebirth spectacular features pulse-pounding performances from Rusko. The influential DJ has transported dubstep—a form of electronic dance music known for its syncopated rhythm and heavy drum and bass—out of the underground music scene of South London and into mainstream culture. The British musician and producer fills listeners’ ears with thumping, yet darkened remixes of Adele and Lady Gaga tunes as well as his own productions in the form of “Somebody to Love” and the aptly titled “Songs,” inciting concertgoers to dance unabashedly with the nearest amp.

Two Fresh also joins the party, sharing mixing skills honed from tours with Skrillex and Nit Grit. The duo, comprised of twins Kendrick and Sherwyn Nicholls, fills the air with an eclectic blend of instrumental hip-hop, synth lines, and dynamic beats that intermingle with the neon ribbons of pink, yellow, green, and blue paint showered down on the crowd.
